Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) launched his presidential campaign on Friday, with a video in which he talked about the need for unity.
Booker enters what's shaping up to be a crowded presidential primary, with three of his fellow Democratic senators - Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Kamala Harris of California and Kirsten Gillibrand of NY - already either declared or exploring a run. Elizabeth Warren, Kirsten Gillibrand and Kamala Harris announced presidential plans, most Democratic strategists and officials consider Booker a top-tier contender who has spent months building relationships and laying organizational groundwork in the early voting states. "I understand what you're saying about your record, but I do think there's something to be said, when I think of you now, I think of, 'I am Spartacus, ' and that I don't know is the best reflection of you".
Booker is joining a long list of Democrats looking to challenge President Trump.

In February 2018, Facebook launched a VPN app called Onavo Protect , which was promoted as helping to keep your mobile data safe. Apple limits the use of these developer apps to employees of the app creator, but Facebook reportedly violated this policy.
Public polling suggests Booker is unknown to many Americans.
"If we become a party that is about what we're against, I don't think that's a winning strategy", Mr Booker told The Atlantic magazine in a December interview.

They also cited Foxconn's history of reneging on high-profile job-creation promises after the media spotlight fell away. Scott Walker, who boasted that once it was finally built, the Wisconsin plant would be the size of "11 Lambeau fields".
In other corners of the Democratic Party, there is more skepticism of Booker. In 2002, when he made his first, unsuccessful bid for mayor of Newark, he was followed by reporters and documentary crews; a chronicle of the campaign, "Street Fight", was nominated for an Academy Award.
Booker joins a growing field of candidates including Sen.

Booker, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, last summer and fall was one of the Democrats leading the push against the confirmation of now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Booker's interests were broad, however: He also served as student body president and ran a crisis hotline for students.
