The owner of the Trump Hotel in Panama City said on Monday he had succeeded in expelling the management company of the USA president's family from the building.
Owners of the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Panama ripped Trump's name off the front of their building on Monday.
Already the subject of litigation and arbitration complaints, the dispute escalated last month, when the Miami-based Fintiklis came to the property with termination notices for Trump's management team, only to be turned back by Trump security officials.
For its part, the Trump Organization accused Fintiklis of breaching his contractual commitments.
The Trump Organization was formally evicted from the Trump International Hotel in Panama on Monday morning - and the building's owner wasted no time in taking down Trump's name. The dispute between Fintiklis and the Trump staff has not only decimated occupancy rates at the hotel - once considered one of Ivanka's foremost projects - but threatened to become a spiraling controversy that could engulf the White House. The whereabouts of the Trump hotel management team could not be immediately determined, but Fintiklis declared the fight over.

As part of the deal, the administration of the hotel remained in the hands of the Trump Organisation, run by the president's two sons since he took office previous year.
In recent weeks, physical confrontations between Fintiklis and Trump staff at the hotel began.
"Today, this dispute has been settled by the judges and the authorities of this country", Fintiklis said, adding that he was so impressed by the Panamanian legal system that he would seek citizenship in the country.
"Trump Hotels is totally convinced it will not only prevail, but that it should also be paid damages, costs and other charges related to today's actions", the lawyers said in a statement.
Trump Organization security abandoned the property.

Harry Kane found his teammate with an excellent pass and the unmarked Son planted his header into the corner of the net. Pochettino said Spurs will approach the Juventus game as they did the first leg in Turin.

The longer Donald Trump spends as US President the more his private business brand seems to suffer.
Last week, a pair of California and NY lawmakers demanded answers about what the president knew, requesting information on Trump's due diligence - or lack thereof - when it came to the Panamanian property, which he had reportedly described as Ivanka's "baby".
The statement arrived a few hours after workers at the hotel had begun removing Trump's name from the property.
Sitting at the piano in the hotel's lobby, surrounded by reporters and news cameras, he played Accordeon, a Greek song celebrating that country's fight to overthrow a fascist regime.
Apple said to plan its own high-end headphones
There are also concerns that this new product could end up cannibalizing sales from the Beats brand that's also owned by Apple . Much like the HomePod , the development of Apple's over-ear headset has been an on-again, off-again affair over the past year.
