One man called the incident "insane and just beyond the pale", while another said she showed restraint because "a single photo or video of this aggressor would have quickly exposed him".
Shortly after tweeting her complaint, Zuckerberg followed up to say the airline had reached out to inform her it had suspended the other passenger's privileges and that it is investigating the matter.
