The company provided two electronic systems that identified Kenyan voters and transmitted election results from nearly 41,000 polling stations to a central tallying center.
They also castigated the IEBC for defying an order to open its systems for scrutiny something that would have helped debunk Nasa claims that it was hacked.
"If anomalies remain, the same court will annul the elections regardless of the aspirants", he said.
Supreme Court President and Chief Justice David Maraga said irregularities, including the failure to conduct the presidential election in accordance with the national laws, rendered it null and void.
The electoral commission has disputed that its system was tampered with.

NAIROBI, Sept 20 (Reuters) - Kenya's Supreme Court on Wednesday criticised the election board for failing to verify official results of last month's presidential election before announcing them, but did not find any individual at the board responsible for the failings.
"No accountability, no election", Wetangula said.
"They are not merely technicalities but they are things that are protected and enshrined in law", said Nyabola.
The IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati was directly criticised for declaring Uhuru Kenyatta the victor of the presidential poll before all the results were verified. Opposition leader Raila Odinga, 72, has demanded sweeping changes at the electoral commission, including the removal of Chief Executive Officer Ezra Chiloba, before the rerun, which is scheduled for October 17.
Earlier on Wednesday, Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu said the electoral agency's system was infiltrated and data contaminated.
She added that IEBC failed to allow access to two critical areas of servers and logs leading the court to conclude that the commission's IT system was compromised as had been argued by the petitioner Raila Odinga.
India brandishes 'intelligence report' of Rohingyas' militant links
As the Myanmar government does not recognise the Rohingyas as its citizens, in general, it will be hard for India to deport them. Most of the Rohingya fled to Bangladesh , but others have ended up in India, Nepal and Pakistan.
On Monday, the French technology company supporting the election said it would be almost impossible to be ready for that date.
Kenya's police chief Joseph Boinnet has repeatedly ignored calls by the judiciary to act on the threats, Maraga said.
Outside the court room, Kenya's police tear gassed opposition and ruling party supporters who had gathered outside the Supreme Court and started jeering and pushing each other, threatening violence, said a witness.
Fresh elections will be held in the country on October 17.
Supporters of Mr Kenyatta are unlikely to be persuaded by the ruling.
