Donald Trump's state visit to Britain 'postponed' until next year

The government had initially said the visit would take place later this year, but media has reported the trip could be postponed for various reasons ranging from fears over protests to May's weakened authority after an ill-judged election gamble.

DONALD TRUMP will come to Britain on a state visit next year, Government sources said last night.

Last month the White House was forced to deny claims the president was delaying his trip to the United Kingdom because British people don't like him.
