Family: 6-year-old will 'not die in vain'

"She feels guilty for the fact that she chose to go inside the store and leave the vehicle running when she went inside the store", David Archie, Ebony Archie's uncle, told WLBT. One of the suspects got out of the vehicle and into Archie's.

The child, Kingston Frazier, was in a Toyota Camry at about 1:15 a.m. CDT (0615 GMT) outside a Kroger store in Jackson while his mother was inside.

Thursday, May 18 - 5:15 p.m. - Investigating agencies hold press conference at Madison County Sheriff's Office where they announce that all three suspects have been charged with capital murder. They face capital murder charges and are set for initial court appearances Monday morning.

Bryon McBride Jr. was taken into custody and transported to the Madison County Sheriff's Department by the U.S. Marshals late Thursday.

The father had posted that Frazier was found alive in Greenwood, Mississippi, two hours north of Jackson.

Kingston's body was discovered at approximately 9:30 a.m. Thursday on Gluckstadt Road in Madison County.
